    Since 1984, Mr.Li Jian was served as the factory director newly by democratic election (As President after the enterprises reformed system in 1996 ) , Developed with innovation and real devoted, kept forging ahead newly sharp, pushed enterprise's internal reforms actively, changed the operating mechanism, improved the business administration, attached importance to the product quality and development, developed a small enterprise that was close sufferingly to bad? into the fixed factory of country, which produced light-duty cross-country car for the army, and have broken a new way with high-speed development of an old brand military enterprise.The enterprise has made profits continuously for 20 years during his charge.

    Since 2000,under the leading of Mr.Li Jianxin, Changfeng Group ranked the first place in economy and technology indexes for four years in succession among the national light cross-country car manufacturers, and achieved Top 500 Enterprises in China. Now the group has already been listed in the Tenth Five-Year Plan of economic and social development of Hunan Province.
